She has a weighted soft doe suede cloth body with full arms and legs and a turnable head, weighted for that new baby flop for realism. Layette; nappy, vest, dress, bonnet, cardigan, pullover, socks, bootees, and headband, along with a sleepsuit, magnetic dummy and a baby blanket. She is not a toy but an adult's collectors item, a strong magnet has been inserted for the dummy.
