Amazing Realistic Skin tone, with Natural mottling. Amazing glass med/dark blue eyes. Premium rooted baby brown mohair. Natural painted lips and tongue. Realistic and natural looking nails.

Saskia has been artistically painted with multiple layers of Genesis heat set paint, with close attention to detail. I have given her a natural mottled skin tone, with veining in the wrists, feet, and temples to look like they are. Actually right under the skin.

Saskia's painted eyebrows have much detail and look like real tiny hairs. Her lips and tongue have been carefully painted, and then glossed on the inside for baby "drool" effect. Saskia's finger and toe nails have been given pink nailbeds, with half moons, and then tipped with an ivory. Creases have been shaded, and life-like blushing done in all the appropriate places. I have carefully opened Saskia's nose, and backed with felt, so she is a "breather".

Saskia has medium/dark blue glass eyes. I have rooted her eyelashes, and they frame her sparkling eyes beautifully. Saskia has full arms and full legs, that turn easily on her flesh colored, soft body. Her head also turns easily from side to side.

She has been weighted inside her body with fine round glass beads, encased in a triple layer nylon bag. Her limbs have been filled with the same glass beads, and topped off with supreme polyfil. Her head has been weighted in the same manner as her body, and is a little floppy.

I have always used fine glass beads in my babies, and never use sand. Size clothing, and size 1 diaper. She is around 22 in. Long, and although I don't currently have a baby scale, I estimate her to weigh. I have rooted Saskia's hair in a beautiful baby brown color, that has large loose curls. Her lovely soft hair is premium mohair by Susan Nagel. Her hair can be gently washed, brushed, and styled. Or spray conditioner, gently brushed, and then finger curled back into style. Saskia will come home with the following items.

Edgehill Collection Dress, bloomers, and matching bonnet. Pink knit hat is one of my photo props and is not included. Any other clothing, blankets, toys, and other items not in this list, are considered photo props and will not be included. I'm not accepting layaways or trades at this time for this baby. You should ask at your post office.

Photos have been taken both in natural daylight, and indoors, on different days, so there may be differences in lighting. Reborn in a smoke-free nursery and home.
