Progress photos of your baby will be emailed on a regular basis so you can watch the entire creation process. And see your baby coming to life. Custom orders take approximately 8 weeks to complete depending on my current work schedule.

Custom baby's are created from my'Tiggi' sculpt. Please contact me if you wish to pay a deposit 50% deposit now and the balance on completion.

A very rare chance to have you're very own CUSTOM SCULPTED PORTRAIT baby! From your photos I will custom sculpt an adorable little face just for you, producing a truly one of a kind baby. All moulds taken from the sculpt to reproduce your baby in silicone will soley be used just for you.

No one else in the world will have a baby with the same face! Views of the head sculpt will be sent for your approval before mould making begins. Portrait babies take approximately 12 weeks to complete.

My abilities to mould and cast stem from my Special Effects background in film and TV. I graduated from a three year degree in Character Creation in 2010 with a first, and since then have worked on a number of films and adverts.

My work in Special Effects also led me into life casting, for which I additionally also work part-time as a print taker; life casting and making impressions of babies hands and feet in clay. At University I had specific training on sculpting, human colouration and lessons on micro rooting, including lectures and demonstrations by Madame Tussauds wax model hair rooters. My education gave me a great start in the world of reborning, and I have now been a professional artist for 5 years. All baby's are entirely of my own making right from sculpting, to moulding, casting, painting and rooting. Tiggi is a full bodied baby. Her body is poured in one complete piece. Her tightly curled newborn posture proved a challenge to mould and cast, but was well worth while as I love the way she poses and holds herself. All baby's are poured in top quality, super soft ecoflex platinum silicone. I do not use ANY additives in my silicone. Additives used to increase the working time and alter the properties of liquid silicone can cause the silicone to deteriorate much faster.

All my dolls are poured with neat ecoflex. Baby's have the option to have an armature in their arms and legs to give structure (to act something like a skeleton) and prevent the arms and legs being too floppy due to the softness of the silicone.

This also enables the baby to be posed much easier and really brings even more lifelikeness to the body. Head's are fixed to avoid any unsightly neck joins. The silicone is soft enough not to need a ball jointed neck so you can easily pose the baby in lots of different ways. The sculpt was spared no detail and took months to complete. The skull features a fontanelle, skin has subtle texture detail and in the right light you can even see little ribs! All babies will have beautiful warm neutral SKIN TONES and skin featuring the softest mottling, veining, freckles and little blemishes which will be carefully added to give incredible realism. My method of painting ensures outstanding depth to the skin which is guaranteed to amaze. All babies are airbrushed with silicone paints to keep skin perfectly smooth, and finally given a healthy satin finish for realism. Babies can be bathed just as you would a real newborn. Baby's HAIR will be carefully rooted. I have root directionally so the hair naturally sits in place. Unlike vinyl dolls babies hair is unable to be sealed on the inside.

The silicone'heals' around the hair to hold it in place so please take great care when bathing and styling. All babies is the correct WEIGHT for their size. The prosthetic grade silicone has the correct lifelike size : weight ratio.

Babies will comfortably wear newborn clothes so you will have lots of gorgeous outfits to dress them in! All babies will have a carefully sculpted uvula, soft and hard palate, gums and tongue. The tongue will even feature tiny little taste buds! The open mouth enables them to take a standard. This is a collectors item.

Please handle with love and care. I only use top quality materials and techniques to create my dolls. As with most silicone reborn's, my babies are entirely hand made and as such can have some imperfections.

These are considered part of the quality of this hand made collectors piece. Throughout the process of creating I have worked in natural light or under a day light lamp when needed. To produce a more accurate, natural looking baby.
