This is Christopher, a realborn baby. That means that the sculpt for this doll was made from a scan of the real baby Christopher. This baby is 18 inches long and weighs 3 pounds and 11 ounces. He has sealed rooted mohair and rooted and sealed lashes as well. His eyes are a dark newborn blue. I painted him with Genesis paints giving him mottled skin, veins and blushed and shaded areas.

The last coat was a protective heat set varnish. He's weighted with double bagged fine glass beads and tiny steel beads. He's stuffed with a poly filling. His neck is slightly loose so that he seems like a real young baby when picked up.

He has a magnet for his pacifier. I dressed him in a diaper, a white onesie, a Carter's sleeper and a cute bear hat. All the items are new. He can wear size newborn.
