A lovely Reborn doll made from the Evelyn Kit by Cassie Brace. Limited Edition 364 of 800.

Weight- 5 lbs 0 oz. The Evelyn kit is another example of excellent work by Cassie Brace. She has lovely details and very adorable chubby legs. Evelyn has been painted with many layers of Genesis Heat Set Paints.

She has fine details right down to the veins and even a scratch on the face. If you look closely you will see little milk spots too.

She has hand rooted Ash Blonde Mohair that can be easily styled with water and a toothbrush to achieve the hairstyles in the photos. Her eyebrows have been painted on to match. Her little nails have been painted delicately and glossed. She has been weighted with fine glass beads and padded out with toy stuffing.

This gorgeous baby has a flesh coloured cloth body and full vinyl limbs. Has a bar magnet behind her mouth for a dummy.

I have always loved art projects, as a child i would sit and draw pictures all day long. Drawing eventually developed into painting and i began painting photo realistic portraits of pets and babies for customers. I learnt from the best my dad! One day i decided I'd like to try something new and i had seen a documentary about reborn dolls, from then on i had to make one!

I was fascinated by how amazing and realistic they look and thought it would be a great project to try out. I love spending hours and hours on these precious babies and i actually fall in love with them when they are complete. I use clean recycled boxes so the package may have writing on the side.
