Knox wears size Newborn or small 0-3 month clothing. He has combi hair - both painted and rooted. The sides are painted and the top is hand rooted to give texture and dimension and is very easy to upkeep and style.

He also had hand rooted eyelashes. Knox has realistic ethnic / AA / Biracial skin tones. His fingernails and toenails are tipped and sealed. He was painted with Genesis heat set paints and then sealed with a varnish.
