This baby is OOAK as no two are ever completely alike. My wee sprig babies always turn into a little character of its very own!

Baby is entirely hand painted in many layers of permanent silicone paints for a highly detailed skin tone. I did not sculpt or pour this baby , but as an experienced reborn artist I enjoyed bringing it to life! I pay attention to detail and believe its those extra little touches that make my babies blossom. As with all silicone dolls this babys not perfect. Due to being handmade and poured with platinum silicone in a two part mold, it has seam lines along the body sides and other minor imperfections which I call birth marks.

I believe these make each baby unique and add to their silicone charm. This Baby is squishy and soft and will snuggle into your arms. Baby has (REAL GIRL) body parts but does NOT (drink, pee or poop) or have a metal armature inside the body. Baby can take a BATH!

Pacifier I opened babys mouth so it may take a pacifier and bottle. Bottle non-liquid fake milk, no need to worry about leaking.

I use very fine glass beads which flows like milk. Nipple is glued on securely. (random style & colors due to stock on hand). A surprise or two for a fun box opening. My name is Tina May and although Ive been a reborn artist for more than a decade, I recently started painting silicone dolls.

What an interesting (and sometimes challenging) journey it has been. Working with silicone is a lot different than vinyl, yet I find that I'm able to use similar layering techniques for painting.

Its messier and more time consuming but I enjoy it. I love paying attention to detail, its the extra touches that make my babies blossom!

Photos are taken in various natural lighting (no flash) both indoors and out throughout a period of several days for true to life pictured. Thus, some photo's are lighter or darker than others.

I believe baby is even more lovely to the naked eyes than in the pictures. First baby has a warm and sudsy bath.

Then comes many layers (curing between each one) of painting babys skin tone with quality silicone paints. I mix my own colors to create the most realistic caucasian baby of heirloom quality. Everything is hand painted with brushes and sponges.

Im not a fan of that technique which has a tendency to rub off. All the little creases and folds are shaded along with subtle veining, undertones, baby mottling & blushing on the life-like Silicone skin.

I also add a milk blister on babys upper lip and often tiny little milk bumps on baby's nose. Sometimes I add a couple little scratches on the face, just like a real newborn. Every baby is unique and OOAK!

After babys skin tone is completed to my satisfaction, I apply the finishing touch with a matting agent to give the baby a soft velvety skin texture and tone down the silicone shine. The tiny nail tips are baby manicured and sealed.

The eye corners, nostrils, and ear canals have a bit of natural gloss silicone for the appearance of moisture. Baby's hair is deeply micro-rooted (direction-ally) with quality mohair literally 1-2 hairs at a time. Use care when styling as I cannot seal inside the solid silicone head. However, the silicone does hold each hair strand snugly and with care should stay intact. I highly recommend using leave on conditioner or de-tangler spray while combing baby's hair.

However, you may use plain water. The doll is a work of art and not intended for young children. Like a real baby it will need tender loving care.

Recommend age mature 5+ and up. WARNING- Small parts and/or accessories may present a choking hazard. Baby will be securely packaged inside a sturdy box for a safe journey home. I'd recommend checking with your local postal agent for more information.
